K-1 Koushien Info!!

This is a new project K-1 is working on.

Koushien is usually thought of as Japanese high school baseball.

This is a 16 man GP for High school kids.

To start with they will be holding qualifiers at:

June, 15 Osaka

July, 6 Aichi

July, 21 Tokyo

July 27 Fukuoka

August, 3 Aomori

From here 16 fighters will face off in 8 matches in late August or early September. The 8 winners with then advance to fight at K-1 MAX on October 1 to reduce them to 4.

Those 4 will fight in a one day GP at Dynamite to decide the winner.

Fighters must be in high school and no older than 19.

They must weigh between 57kg and 62kg.

14 nounce gloves will be worn.

They are not full K-1 rules. I will explain them after some sleep.

I fucking HATE this idea. But who knows, the Japanese general public's idiocy has been all-time high recently, so it might catch on.

I'll try to avoid it though. I don't want to hear Tanikawa's homo-pedophilia-esque comments about how "kawaii/cute/handsome" the boys are. Whenever he opens his mouth and utters shite like "Tsukasa-kun wa kawaii ne~~~," I get this hideous image of him eye-raping the kids.
